Multichoice
Held on for 25 minutes only to be cut off!

When you phone Multichoice you are not given any idea of how long it is going to take for your call to be answered. Junior Masterchef Australia cut off 5 minutes before the final results and the agent had no clue as to what my query was about. She left me hanging on for about 15 minutes and when she finally came back to me I was cut off! Unacceptable!
