I bought a top tv voucher on the 10th of nov 2013. Its suppose to give me 30 days of viewing. Yesterday morning 29 nov i switched on my tv and my top tv account was blocked. My first call was just after 8 am. They lady that i spoke to acknoweleged that it was their fault. They will rectify the problem. Since that call ive been making several other calls from my pay as you go cell phone amounting to almost R500! Its 2 days later, numerous calls, promises of supervisors calling me back. No top tv, no feedback no joy! This is PATHETIC!
