I have been trying to contact Multichoice in order to open a Business Account to supply my Bed and Breakfast facility. After over 1 hour on the phone I have yet to receive any advice on how this can be done. After waiting for over 15 minutes on one "call line", I was connected to fax line. When an operator finally answered on another attempt, and was unable to deal with my query, she put the phone down on me rather than assist me with a supervisor. Finally, I tried to phone their Public Relations Director through their company swithchboard. After 10 minutes of uninterrupted ringing, the line was cut dead.

Do these people actually want to have paying customers, or are they that flush with their current crop of customers that they couldn't be bothered to service a new business customer???
