Bad smell in cinema

My boyfriend and I went to go watch a movie (t was the 9am movie - Flight) and as we walked into the theatre there was a terrible smell of smelled like urine. As we sat in our seats the smell was overwhelming, so we even tried moving to the opposite end of the theatre but the stink was everywhere.
I think its shocking that people should be forced to sit in that stench, especially after paying almost R150 for 2 tickets, it was so bad we were both breathing into our jerseys throughout the entire movie.
Please can you ensure that the cinemas are clean and hygienic - until then I will not be watching any more movies at Ster Kinekor.
