I am a very unhappy customer of Rand Chairs Functions, Last week I asked for a quotation for 50 white tiffany chairs from them and they called me over 25 times asking if I had received the quotation and if I wanted to put through my order and I said yes, after that Pamela Adams called me every hour advising me to go pay as I would get the chairs the following day (Wednesday) I managed to pay only on Wednesday and did explain to Pamela Adams that I needed the chairs for an event on Saturday and she gave me her word (which turned out to mean nothing) that I would get my chairs Friday 22 November 13 or early Saturday morning. Till today Thursday 28 November I still haven't received the chairs. She never called me or emailed to notify me of the reason for the delay. She is not responding to my emails either. Then I get an email about chairs delivered 100 of them and Mohammed the owner apparently authorised Pamela to give 25 free and I must pay for the other 25 immediately... which is a load of as no such chairs were ever delivered till today and now she is not taking my calls and when I call with a different number she puts the phone down.
