I use to love going to this theatre, but lately I have noticed that the service is really becoming poor. On the 16th December 2013 I went to watch the Hobbit, The Que for the refreshments were long as expected, but the lady assisting was so slow she took 20 minutes with each customer which is so ridiculous and did not seem phased about the que thus annoying us in that que making us all miss the beginning if which ever movie we were going to see. Once we finally got into the cinema there was one little fan blowing to keep the entire cinema cool which was full. Now I ask the question The hobbit being a 3hr movie, how were we suppose to be cool and comfortable in this blistering heat as we are in December??? I am highly disappointed as we pay high amounts to watch a 3d movie we do expect some comfort whike viewing a 3 hr movie. Please look into that branch. There were many unhappy customers tonight.
