Poor houskeeping standards

My partner and I went to watch a movie at Ster Kinekor in Bayside as we walked towards the theatre the carpet was wet to which we didn't really mind until we sat down, the seats and arm wrests were wet as well. People that were seated before us were also complaining about their seats being wet. I went out to speak to the Manager in charge who told me that there isn't enough time to clean the seats and therefore we should sit wherever we would like.

Firstly these seats are all booked by reservation, did he expect us to hop from seat to seat as the theatre filled up?

Secondly how can there not be enough time to clean the theatre before seating people in it? This is totally unhygienic.

My partner struggled through the movie as we had already paid for our tickets and it was highly unlikely we would be reimbursed.

This has been my worse experience with Ster Kinekor.
