You have to Pay to drop someone at Grande West

Grande West Parking is a total rip off in the sense that if you drop your kids to go Ice skating you have pay R10 for the privilege of entering the "Grande West" property. To top this off there is no notification at the entrance that there is no free time for dropping people at the centre. When you then get to the gate without any cash they also do not have any card facilities to pay for the parking. So you have go back and park and then draw from an ATM inside the casino. Surprise, surprise the ATM will issue you with a R100 note, which the parking pay point will not accept! Through all of this the staff are not very helpful either!

I find this disgusting and would like to say that you as Grande West are a bunch of to take parking money from people that just drop someone at your facility.
