Been on hold for 30 mins, 5 consultants, I supervisor, cut off 3 times all because I'm trying to resolve a query with box office. Not even a phone call back. Disgusted at level of competency and service. Would cancel my account tonight but that would mean going through the same process again. Poor form DSTV. Very unimpressed!!!
