20mins on hold x3!! Can't get through!!!

I relocated and need to change my decoder from secondary to primary and cancel the xtra-view but I simply can not get through!!
I phoned DSTV call centre to assist me, and after being on hold for 20min I had to put the phone down because its costing me a fortune!!! Tried my luck a second time, but was on hold for another 20 mins!! The third time I phoned I was placed on hold for 17mins, then the call was dropped!!..
I am paying for these phone calls and it was for absolutely nothing... I will never see that money again...
I don't know what to do anymore!?!!? I JUST want my DSTV to work again!!
