DSTV seem to be completely ignoring my query. I have called twice, both times over 10 mins with no response. Their mobile customer query submit form does not work. I have mailed customer care 3 times with no response. I have even tweeted my issues to @dstvcare 3 times with reference number and nobody bothers to ever get back to me. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered and they should be embarrassed. They make all government departments' customer services look good in comparison. I have been loyal to dstv my whole life and always had dstv wherever I have lived and now they have thrown away decades of support with the worst and most frustrating customer service experience of my life. My query is no. 4410372. Please cancel my subscription!
