Unbelieveable pathetic service from Multichoice. I've a subscriber with Multichoice over 5 years with no problems. I have monthly EFT scheduled payments on my accounts to pay my subsciption on the 22nd and 28th every month. Each payment is for an amount of R350 (R700 total). My premium subscription is R695 including extra view.

On the 21st November 2013 Multichoice claimed they havent received my payment of R350 from my ABSA acc. I sent them the proof of payment, I spoke to several consultants from Bulelwa Qwaka, Ruth Mahlangu, Caremon Pienaar, Thabiso Molefe to name a few, whom I clear send them proof of payments, my transaction report and forbid my statements. I sent all information to [Email Removed] and they still have not credit my account. BAD, POOR, Revolting service. After my numerous calls they disconnected my services on the 30th November for an 'oustanding amount' . My payments made till to date are:

21 Nov 2013 - R350 - missing payment
28 Nov 2013 - R350 - received
02 Dec 2013 - R250 - received

Total - 950 I SHOULD BE IN CREDIT # FRUSTATING#
