Poor service costing me lots op money

We swopped a decoder about six weeks ago on the instruction of the call center. We asked to go over to a debit order for our subscription. At the end of October a double installment was deducted from our bank acct. We reversed it at our bank and then opted for a prepaid voucher. For the last two days after numerous calls costing me in excess of R200 and about 5 agents later still no joy. Now it is the dish that is faulty which is nonsense had it checked by an authorized installer. So expenses of a R1000 and no tv for two days due to poor administration what a joke. I need my services restored and compensation for my expenses otherwise buy bye TOP TV and i will wage a campaign against them for my losses
