I just called Multi choice because I'm having a problem with my decoder. The lady who I was speaking with tried different things that weren't working, then she puts me on hold to go speak to a technical guy, then 20 minutes into the call I ask her why she doesn't call me back and then she says their phones don't call out? I mean really, then she puts me on hold two more times after that and then 32 minutes and 43 seconds into the call she tells me to take my decoder to a multi choice store to get it tested. If they're going to make you hold for so long then they should call you back, because if you have no airtime that just means you'll get no help? when you call from work then they ask you to press things on the decoder? I mean where's the logic in all that? Or is it because they have no competition they feel its okay for them to not deliver good service? then they expect people to pay close to R700 for premium but they can't even call a customer in need of assistance?
