Still waiting for a call from the superviso

On the 23rd of October I phoned the call centre and cancelled my movie subscription. My movie channels were immediately cancelled and I was unable to watch same. I was informed by the call centre agent that my payment will go down from R269 to R199 per month. I will also have a credit for the days in October that I did not have the movie package and that my deduction the month after will be the R199 less the days calculated for October. Come 28 October the full amount of R269 was deducted from my account. Since we pay ahead of time I was very upset as I do not even have the movie channels anymore and refuse to pay for something I am not getting. I again phoned the call centre where I was informed that the debit order was already set. That I can understand. He was unable to tell me how they will refund me the extra money. I also enquired about the extra money for the days in October that I did not have the movie channels. All of a sudden the system stills states that I have the movie package which he corrected. His supervisor was supposed to call me back in a day or two to assist me with the refund for November and part of October. I am still waiting!!!
