I am a regular visitor at the Gold Reef City Casino. And I enjoy visiting the casino because of their fast resolution problem solving methods.

I visited the casino again on the 12th of November 2013. And later on in the evening I was approached by an Inspector that I had an incident with some months back. At that time I was not happy with how she handled a matter, but, even after all this time, she still had the decency and courtesy to apologize to me face to face.

She (Duduzile) Was by far the most professional, well mannered, well poised and well dressed inspector. She called me to the side, explained her side of the story and promised that such incidents would not take place again. She amazed me, because I was quick to be angry and did not really see her side of the story. She was calm and well mannered and she looked stunning with her make up and uniform.

It is such employees at the Casino that keep a punter like me coming back to only their casino.
