So today i decided to upgrade from a standard decoder to a pvr. i bought the PVR and had it installed around 15h00 today. i then had to call multi choice to activate my subscription on the PVR and cancel the standard decoder, i tried at least 10 times to contact them and i was made to hold for about 5minutes at a time and could not get through . i have wasted my airtime trying to call these people and even at this moment i have a PVR that is not activated and i cannot watch TV. What does a person have to do to get service?
