No Signal

I am so tired of not getting any signal on my dstv. All of the channels constantly buffer and freeze, called the call centre and was told it is my installation. I had my installation checked and it was fine but the problem still persists. Whats going on??? Do you guys just take peoples money and not help them? Am I just wasting my money?
