Horrified at the service I received

I called into the call centre 2 Sundays ago, for help with my DSTV and was not helped at all I am actually horrified that I have to pay for help and still don't get any, I just needed signal for 3 channels and after 3 hours of no TV and no more airtime no one could help me, I was told to take my decoder in to dstv cause it had a problem, really DSTV says they "roll out the red carpet in your home I am sorry but in my home all DSTV has brought is nonsense, I still don't have half the channels I am currently paying for and really I am tired of this... As a paying customer I don't think this right
