I bought a DSTV decoder on the 4th Jan 2013 and had it installed. The decoder worked for two and a half days and from there it started searching for signal continuously. I called Multichoice for over 5days, I spoke to call centre agents and they gave me troubleshooting steps to get this resolved but none of their troubleshooting worked. I then called the initial installer who re-checked everything and advised that he can pick up the signal from the machine he was testing with. I called multichoice again and they said I must get my decoder checked, I returned the decoder where I bought it, i got a new one and it still doesnt connect. it is doing the very same thing the 1st one did. This is very unacceptible because I'm PAYING a subscription fee for something I do not have, its been over a week and a half now and I still dont have connection. I need someone to take responsibility here and sort this out, im sick of dealing with incompetent call centre agent who are not sure what they doing. I know for a fact this is not a physical connection. I need this sorted ASAP.
