Not recieving all the channels

I got a HD PVR 2U decoder and for some reason channels 104, 105, 106, 108 and fox are not working. Called dstv and they just keep saying its installation. The installation guys came out and confirmed everything is installed correctly. This is very frustrating seeing that i am paying for a service and not recieving it!!!
