Spoiled my movie

I was so disappointed. Booked online for Thor for yesterday, 08-11-2013, 7:30 show. We arrived a bit earlier to get seated and find there are other people in our seats. My son goes to stand in the que for refreshments while they sort out the seating. it turns out that that people booked for an earlier movie were in our seats.

It was an honest mistake, so i cant blame you for that, but what i couldn't understand was why it took so long to sort it out. I sat on the staircase for 12 minutes while my son waited in the refreshment que.

Fine, i was accepting of this. Now the movie is starting.

My son, whilst standing in the que, sends me a message that they are not serving him. He is 13 years old and was now waiting for over 15 minutes missing the movie. When i got there, the person behind my son confirms that the lady serving was deliberately ignoring my son.

A further 6 minutes to get some service and i was so annoyed. At the end of the show we look to speak to a manager. Guess what, there was no manager available. I'm guessing they he / she left to go home. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! and missed almost 1/8th of the movie!!!
