Still Disconnected!!

After my previous complaint I am still disconnected! Have been told that I must PAY MORE money again to be re-connected. WHY!? I had paid up to date according to the sms Dstv sent me.
To this day I have been without Dstv for approximately 20 days.!
The funny part is that it is the SABC channels that I paid for and not received!
If any thing I should receive a month for free!!
Again SERVICE!
