Furious at multichoice service. Unprofessional

I am furious right now at multichoice/dstv. Our dstv was disconnected end of January as DSTV did not receive payment. Fair enough I made payment at pnp on 31st January and asked that they please also change my payment date to 1st of each month as my salary date has changed. I paid R330 and called in to advise this. The guy loaded my receipt reference on the sytem and reconnected. This was on 31st january. He then also asked me for scan and e-mail the receipt to payments at [URL Removed] which i did. Now 6 days later our DSTV gets disconnected with no notification whatsover. I feel that this is very rude and unprofessional. No warning, no sms, e-mail, nothing. What kind of business do you run? I demand an answer for these actions and I want to be compensated for this. This is an inconvinience. We are missing out on our faviroute channels that we watch all day. The kids cant watch their educational channels for something that we paid for. This is rubbish and you guys need to fix this. Warn people next time before you do such things. I demand immediate feedback on this matter and how you are going to make us loyal customers again as we have now lost the trust in you people.
