DISCONNECTED WHILE PAYING ON TIME

We have been paying our DSTV at Mabaleng, or Maponya Mall. Ever since we started paying at other dstv partners, we were disconnected on 3 occassions. We do not receive any accounts from dstv anymore, we usually get messages from the automated messages on our dstv. We pay on the date specified from the service provider, now we are being held responsible for their own negligence. We have reported it and they said that they would reverse the reconnection fees, to date nothing. Now they become all arrogant and still refuse to reverse the charges, and have us disconnected again the fourth time.

This is not on, I have emailed, I have inboxed on fb, we wait forever on their call centre number. Please assist.
