Hi, My name is Naleni Singh. on Sunday our SABC channels where disconnected. I contacted the DSTV call centre to find out what is going on and they indicated to us that we were disconnected because we did not pay for the SABC channels which we were not aware off. He said that we must pay the R50 connection fee and the R22 subscriptions at Checkers and we will be connected in Two hours. I refused to pay the R50 cause we were no notified by multichoice to pay any monies so the operator said that we must just pay the R22 and he will connect us. Monday evening we were still not connected, I called again for 30 minuted on the phone and the operator said their is a technical fault we must call back on Tuesday. called back yesterday and the operator said that non of the calls where logged on the system, the compact that we terminated in June they were still trying to debit a closed account of mine. She indicated that we must pay the R50 today and that they will investigate this. Multichoice needs to sort this out urgently and i would like to also be reimbursed for all the calls i made to them over the past three days as this is a continuous error on their end.
