I booked tickets online and received an error message. After 45 min I gave up and booked directly with the airline. THEN Byojet sends a confirmation. When I requested they cancel the booking as I had made another one, I was told to contact the airline and cancel that booking. I found the attitude of Mary the consultant who spoke to me to be rude and condescending - What ever happened to if you work in the service industry, the customer is key/king/right??? A better attitude and offering to solve the problem would have gone a long way. I WILL NEVER USE BYOJET again. Go direct to the airlines. The online booking is easier AND when you phone them with a problem, they are much more willing to help.
