The Secunda branch of Ster-kinekor is brand new and already the staff are to tired to give their customers the required service satisfaction they deserve.

Due recent rain the one cinema was damaged and a movie we booked had been moved to another cinema. When we complained regarding other customers not sitting on the booked seats the staff and manager told us it was due to the damage to cinema number 4. I wasnt happy but let it go. Since the seat placement is probably different.

Two days later we book another movie this time its in cinema number 2. Again other customers are seating in our seats. I confront them and they are also unable to sit in their own seats because of incorrect seating. So I go to complain to the staff and no-one could be bothered. In-fact I was offered a refund rather than to rectify the situation never mind the fact that I had already bought R150 worth of refreshments. I am furious, if this etiquette isnt enforced from the start it will never work. Why should I book on the internet, why should I use the sterkinekor app if the booking doesnt mean anything?

I was really socked at the level of apathy the staff at Ster-Kinekor displayed.
