Cancelled booking, Rude phone calls

We have booked a 12 sleeper Penthouse in Margate in May 2013 for the 25th October 2013 via Travelground.
A deposit was made to secure.
On 17 October 2013 a call was made to query if a child who is 5 years is counted as part of the 12
& Alfonso said the child will be counted as 12.
I agreed & said that there are another 4 guest that are joining and looking for another place.
A 6 sleeper was found in the same place for our 4 guests & payment was made.
On Friday (18 October) I received a rude Phone call from Alfonso stating that my booking will be cancelled & will be refunded
According to him the owner was not happy with our group. I asked for reasons, he said that we enquired about bringing
more than 12 people, and also enquiry was done by someone else, and payment done by another person.
Furthermore we have booked another place which is a 6 sleeper to accommodate 4 more people.
Alfonso was rude and abrupt, he then made a call to my niece
told her that her booking has been cancelled & that she will not be receiving a refund, he used vulgar languages
A refund has been made to us but not the full amount.
I see this is not the first complaint about Alfonso and his attitude.
