Canceled dstv. No money refund after 16 days

I payed my dstv on 029/09/2013 and then stopped it on 04/10/2013. I was told that an amount of 337.50 would be paid back in 14 days. Today is the 20/10/2013. Still mo money in my account. Please help me.
