Shocking attitude in numerous occasions

I've been a supporter of the northmead branch for years! Recently the attitude of the laid booking the tickets has upset me so badly when not allowing my daughter to book a movie as she was only turning 16 in 3 days that I vowed not to return. But sadly I gave the branch another chance and was again horrified at the rudeness and attitude of the lady. She seems to feel that she owns the place and te fact that we are her customer is beyond her! Twice she has ruined what should've been my happy place and had my blood boiling through my entire movie!! I'm disgusted!! The cinema is old an broken!
