I phoned the 23rd October 2013 - spoke to Dipuwo- I told him we need DSTV on my smartcard only for 14 days - we are going on Holiday and on the 4th of November 2013 they must stop it again - Can I do that - Yes Mam - Its like /-R20 per day (exact figure I do not have) - Then I asked will you stop the DSTV ON 4th - Yes Mam - Do I need to confirm again - No Mam- Yesterday the debited my account with R956 - I phoned DSTV this morning - What is going on - you charged me R956? - Dipuwo did not activate my Dstv for 14 days - He just activated it - so they took R292 and another R686 for next month upfront - Nice - Now what a battle to get my money back - they will escalate the query 144656358 ref nr - and someone will phone me - In between they took my money and refund seems like a very difficult thing to do - accounts department will look into the matter and phone and see what they can do - Not yes mam - refund has been done - they will call back-which they never do
