No answer at call centre

Our DSTV has been off since yesterday morning, showing a blue screen and "DSTV Loading" as a message. We started phoning the call centre from 5 last night until 8. Everytime we phoned we got a "the subscriber you called is not available" message. After a couple of tries we got through. I then went through all the options and finally got to select 9 to speak to an operator. I held on for 20 minutes, and no one answered. After hanging up, we tried again. Same thing happened... After holding on in total for 2 hours, loosing R120 airtime, we still didn't speak to any operator. I then came across a sms number where they say they will call you back. I smsed them and got a response saying "we will get back to you soon"... Well, I still haven't heard from them and our DSTV IS STILL NOT WORKING THIS MORNING!! Their service is disgusting!! They're quick to demand payment every month but when you call them because of a technical problem you can't even speak to anyone. We haven't been able to use our DSTV for 2 days now, but do you honestly think they'll give you discount for such disgusting service?! DREAM ON!
