Upgraded DSTV, now NO DSTV

I phone the call centre as I wanted to upgrade from DSTV select to DSTV Premium.

After 35 minutes, Me Bhina could not upgrade my DSTV but instead caused my decoder to give error E107.

I had to cancel our conversation as I had no more money left on my phone and asked her to phone me back. According to her it was not policy of Multichoice to phone me back.

Problem not sorted and I attempted to log complaint on their website. After 3 attempts (screen boms out) I gave up. Now I consider cancelling the whole contract as DSTV select is not worth the money and seems like they do not care about 1 singel customer who wanted to upgrade to premium.

Thanks Multichoice for showing that you too are part of the poor customer service us as South Africans are used to.
