I called the dstv call centre to downgrade my services. A call centre agent said that she will do it. This took her more than 10 minutes. After saying it is done my dstv decoders were swapped around making my primary decoder my secondary and vice versa. Eventually after more than 20 minutes the problem was resolved. About and hour later the same problem occurred. I had to call the centre again and when I'm explaining to the agent that the same problem occurred and I have no picture and the decoders are swapped around again she says it can never be like that. She was totally unprofessional and was more interested in what I was saying to my wife. Dstv had totally unprofessional people handling queries who make you hold on for ages and they can never phone you back. This is not the first time I've had problems with unprofessional agents at dstv who are rude. Why does dstv record calls because i don't think anyone listens in on the conversations between the clients and agents. They don't seem to understand the first thing about customer care but are instead very customer careless.
