I would like to express my dissatisfaction & the treatment for a staff member at your theme park on Sat 5 Oct 2013. The incident began when we proceeded to the Tower of Terror ride & encountered a staff member called Sinthle not sure whether he was a ride operator or a manager but he claimed to be one. Sinthle blatantly refused to let us que on the ride we arrived there at exactly 4:15pm Why did he not want us to enter the que when your policy states that the ride que will be cut off at 4:30pm. After being annoyed with his bad attitude I requested to speak to a manger as the ride was in full operation & there were still guests in the que, Sinthle then claimed to be the manager & told us if we not happy we should go complain. we then approached the information desk to log a complaint, to date there has been no feedback or apology from your park regarding the complaint logged. I feel that as a paying guest you should stick to your policies, I'm really not impressed with how this was dealt with, we pay so much to enter your park & yet we still get treated like the theme park is doing us a favor???
