I made bookings on the 26th. I was told that i would receive an e-mail confirming bookings as well as account details to make payment. That day I never received an e-mail. The next day I phoned the call centre and requested the account details. Later on that day 27/09/2013, I made payment and send through a fax for proof of payment.
On the 29th, wnen I got to sun city I was told that they cant find my payment. I had to pay again with my debit card and was told that I would receive my refund within 7 days. I sent through an e-mail, to payments account and I am still waiting for feedback. This is the invoice no: Sun International Pro Forma Invoice 12524057
