THIS IS ABSURD

I am a Foschini customer and do have an account with you. I usually make payments on time. a While back I was asked if I would like to receive my accounts via e-mail, and I said yes. Until today I am yet to receive one account via e-mail. Then I received a sms asking me what my e-mail address is as [Email Removed] is not working. YES BECAUSE MY NAME IS ILSE NOT ISLE!!! I sent a sms back confirming and correcting my e-mail account. And again until today I am yet to receive a e-mailed account. Now I have not made my monthly payment as I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ACCOUNT. Although my plan was to settle it this weekend anyways. I receive a call saying I have to make payment and I will be charged with legal fees. Ok, now here is my terms, IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY ACCOUNT HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW WHAT MY OUTSTANDING BALANCE IS??? I am so fed up being treated as a criminal. Please contact me as I would rather just close my account then I do not have to receive any e-mails and I spare myself and you the administration.
