On Saturday 2311/13 my dstv service was disconnected, phoned the call centre who responded by saying that no payment was received. I have been making internet payments for years for dstv and never had a problem. The payment was made on 20/11/13 like each and every month. The lady at the call centre then said she will reconnect it but I have to pay a service fee - which I didn't. On 24/11/13 I contacted the call centre yet again, same story gentleman even made me sign on my internet banking to confirm the beneficiary details - after years of paying the same thing.. he then requested that I e-mail the proof of payment which I did on 26/11/13 I received confirmation e-mail but no response. Now Receive mail message stating that I have to pay R1299 by 20/12/13. So where or to whom did my last payment go to?
