Useless Management

My decoders ownership was transfered to another person without my permission, and now I want to use it I am told that I must pay the arears on the account of the person that MY decoder was transfered to. I must have spoken to at least 5 so called managers and they cannot get it through there very small brains that I will NOT pay another persons account because Multichoice let them my decoder. All these wonderfull security steps that multichoice take to protect the consumer. WHAT A JOKE.
