So I recently got married and moved house, I went to the Durban walkin centre to transfer my wifes decoder onto my current multichoice account debit order and reconnect. I brought in my marrage certificate and ID as proof yet they still wanted a letter from my wife to confirm this??? in order to do the transfer. I would understand if I was asking to transfer my decoder to my wife's debit account with her not been present with me but I am asking for the info to be transfered to my debit order/ multichoice account. I was giving permission to do it in person but no they still want the letter from my wife. They wasted my time and petrol travelling for a stupid process that need to be relooked at.
