DSTV Decoder 1132 ("RDP Decoders") is useless

My recently purchased decoder from multichoice is useless as it has a feint audible humming noise.

the last 111o decoder had no such nonsense.

I want my money back and then give me a pvr decoder, i'm sure it will be perfect as I was told it was the surround sound channels that affect the new "RDP" Decoders

and give me a installation voucher deal pls, i'm tired of this sound.
