My account was suspended though it being fully paid, for the past 24 hours I can't get through to their call centre, they do not respond to the queries sent on their online platform nor their tweeter customer care account, I am really off to say the least with the service from Multi-choice, they are taking advantage of us cause they know they do not have strong competition out there.
