I'm honestly not sure what kind of circus is being run by the good folks at multi-choice and Dstv, Monday 7 October was told to pay an amount of r200 before the 15 October, however Tuesday I received a message saying I needed to pay r509 on that day, I then went later during the same day to pay r600 at spar, only for my account to be suspended after I paid, it was then reconnected and I had to pay their famous reconnection fee, the best part is that the very next morning i have no services AGAIN, I feel like I'm paying for all multi-choices mistakes, I can't count the amount of airtime I've used in the past month alone, trying to rectify incorrect billing n error messages. So now I have to wait for their call centre to open because the self help is thee most useless help ever, what on earth is the point of a 24hr website that can only function 4 hours of the day
