My account was suspended at around 11:17 on 10/10/13. On enquiring from the Customer Call Centre - yes they say it's the Customer call centre, they could not help. The accounts dept and back office also cannot help. There is a call limit that has been reached but they cannot tell me which call limit but they have suspended the account. I will have a response in 3 hours. The acc was suspended at 11:17 but I must still wait another 3 hours from 16:40 for a response.
They can see that a call limit has been reached and the acc is suspended but they don't know why?
My online profile updated at 16:10 today shows that there are 951 min 37sec in free call remaining but I've reached my call limit. That's because the information has not been updated, according to the call centre agent, Lulama. If it has not updated yet the online profile shows updated at 16:10, how could they know that I reached my call limit.
I don't think Vodacom cares and so I don't expect them to respond to this.
