We have no picture on our screen. It just switched off and now we are left with a Blue screen which says DSTV. We have been calling the call center and each time I hold for over 10 Minutes and its expensive to hold. What makes it shocking service is that twice I have given the account holders ID number and twice I have been put through to 'extra view Department' without even being told why. Both times I have held for extra 5 minutes and then the call gets cut. You charge such high premiums and this is the service we get. ITS SHOCKING!!
And on top of all this my account is "over due" when i manage my account and pay my full subscription every month on time. this is not acceptable service.
