Got cut off 3 times in a row

Need technical assistance on my PVR - I am an Xtra View customer, but no one in Multichoice knows how to service an Xtra view client. I have phoned 3 times, held for half an hour on each call, transferred to the incorrect department (despite their telephone mess saying I am going to correct dept) and then when I finally speak to a human, they say wrong department. I then get transferred to another number (maybe on MARS) that rings and rings and cuts me off. Last person I spoke to I told him don't cut me off, but what does he care, as long as my R700 is good every month... Praven Bharosa I warned you! I am now without DSTV as my decoder is jammed, but what do they care... as long as they get my money. NO AFTERSALE SERVICE whatsoever... they even invite me to rate their service, but they cut me off before I can ask to be put through to that service. What a joke... If I dont laugh I am going to cry. If you are considering getiing DSTV maybe you want to think twice!!!
