On the 1st of October l purchased and installed my decoder. Since then l have been trying to activate it to no avail. l have emailed top tv they don't respond, l have even tried calling them but the phone doesn't get through to the call centre assistant. l hold for about 20mins and there is no response on the other end. So far l have used more than R100 trying to get this decoder registered. This is the worst service l have ever come across.
