I have had numerous problems trying to get ahold of a consultant, i had installed a new toptv decoder as i moved residence, from Wednesday (02/10/2013) i have being trying to connect my services, i have a prepaid phone and had to send over R150 airtime trying to reach a consultant only to hold on the line more than 20 mins at a time i finally reached a consultant on Saturday (05/10/2013) i had told him i only had limited airtime and asked if he could call me back, he said " no i only receive calls" i understood and tried to hand over most of my details before the call cut off, he did not even bother to obtain my cell number in order to get ahold of me after knowing the call would be cut off, i gave up as i cannot spend that amount of money just trying to get in contact to connect my service after spend so much to buy a decoder and have it installed, i had also smsed to have them contact me buut i have still not received and calls and my services are still not connect due to the bad call centre experience
