PAID ON TIME - BUT THEY BLOCK MY VIEWING

I would like a refund of my MONEY IMMEDIATELY if I have to pay for something that I cannot view. My account was paid on time but they have blocked my viewing. They offer pathetic service and for their number contact number, it does not work. Oh wait, I suppose the CEO needed extra money to buy his wife a facelift so he had to block our viewing and not pay the bills... PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY... OR EMPLOY EFFECIENT STAFF
